Newly framed wall where rot had completely taken over the old. This was an extensive repair that had to be taken care of from the foundation up.

A second-story sunroom was bearing weight on this post! This is the bottom of the post - it is mushrooming out because of the weight placed on it and the rot that was making it fail. The homeowner was notified immediately and we executed the new scope of work quickly.
